This six-week training program—capped at 40 players per division—will be held on Saturdays at the Oldham County Family YMCA indoor arena. Goalkeepers can expect fast-paced, high-intensity workouts focused on improving agility, explosiveness, reaction time, handling skills, diving technique and overall fitness.

To allow for differentiated instruction, players will be broken into small groups based on age and proficiency level. Chris Cahill will direct all sessions, with the assistance of current and former college goalkeepers from Bellarmine, Centre, Kentucky, Louisville, Notre Dame, Purdue, Spalding and Western Kentucky. A 5:1 player-to-coach ratio will ensure that each player receives ample reps, attention and feedback.
